Mr Joseph Johnston has been appointed Clerk of the superior Court for Baldwin County in the place of Mr Richard Lee. I inclose you a letter for Mr John Johnston containing one for Mr Lee, informing him that his commission has been revoked.
Mr William Bates has been appointed a Justice of the Quorum for Balwin County. You will oblige me by having the letter and commission delived.
